Lonesome Road DLC: Commissary terminal not restocking
In New Vegas and needed somewhere to sell the obscene amount of gold bars I have from the Dead Money DLC. The Lonesome Road DLC has these things called commissary terminals which I read on the Wiki have 6000 caps and the caps restock as soon as you back out of the menu. I went to do this and bought it down to zero and backed out but the caps didn't restock. I'm playing TTW 3.2 with no mods that would affect this. Any help would be appreciated.

My first guess is that that is a vanilla bug, and the unofficial fixes fix that so that you can't game the commissary for caps. TTW has its own version of YUP, and that's probably a part of YUP.
