I ran onto a problem installing TTW. Everything was going smoothly with no problems until I ran TTW Install.exe the second time to install the updates. I did not get an option to install the updates I just got the main file installation window.
I have no idea what to do now except maybe run the installation of the main file again and hope that this time when I run the install.exe the second time I get the option to install the updates.
I did run the TTW Install.exe as an administrator both times.
I uninstalled everything related to a install. Vanilla FO3 vanilla FNV, started the install process from the beginning. In the end when I click on TTW install.exe I do not get an option to install different packages, I only get the v32 installation window. As far as I know I did everything correctly including setting exceptions in Windows Defender. So this is the second time I have attempted to install TTW with the same result.

you need to put the mpi packages in the same folder as the installer, you will then be presented with a choice list.
