Fallout new vegas melee weapons swing sound missing

Hello i am anderson
i have some problem. capital wasteland weapons have swinging FX sound. no problem

but basically mojave wasteland melee weapons swinging sound is silent, just only get in the mojave wasteland melee weapons.
so i read this thread viewtopic.php?f=18&t=7360 and i try re-install and play vanilla 3.2.2.
it is same swinging sound not working. borad machete 9iron Combat Knife Nephi's Golf Driver baseball bat etc swinging sound is not working
i think i have the same problem as that The Juice Knight.
What do I do?

Its a bug in NV and WMIM too.

Is there any solution to this? The sounds missing that i've noticed are from the last DLC, like the blade of the west and old glory.
