Anyone know of any TTW 3.2.x compatible mods that increase Perks to 2 every level? (Google/Nexus has failed me)

Anyone know of any TTW 3.2.x compatible mods that increase Perks to 2 every level? (Google/Nexus has failed me)

I have looked on the Nexus but could only find mods that are a) removed, b) break even vanilla leveling or c) need a patch to work with TTW (in the case of Project Nevada rebalance, that allows for 2 Perks a level as an option).

Use Stewie's Tweaks. You can set it to let you have as many as you want per level if you're into that sort of thing.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.
