Take of Two Wastelands separate install?

This is probably a dumb question, but can you install TTW in a way that you can also play New Vegas un-modified? I’m currently running through New Vegas with some mods that I’m not sure will work with TTW, and was wondering if, in order to switch between TTW and the base game, I would have to uninstall TTW. If anyone can help, that would be much appreciated!

Here is a similar question and nice post by jlf65 on how to have TTW and FNV separate. You need to use Mod Organizer 2 profiles:
