Hey everybody ! I would like to know how to have access to TTW patches like EVE or nevada project?

EVE is not compatible with the latest version of TTW. And only Project Nevada core and extra options are compatible with TTW.
EyeDeck made the patches for PN Core and PN Extra Options. You can find them here:

Although, I would recommend not using Project Nevada anymore. It's too outdated and still causes problems.

TTW Itself already contains most of the equipment from the PN Equipment module, since most of those were FO3 weapons, armor and clothing.
