the 3dnpc site has some quests and npcs for fallout 3 (I've never tried them but I like the other things they've done for skyrim and new vegas.) I hear some mods can be converted with a simple script by pretty much anyone. I might try it with these, unless someone already knows for sure that it won't work (or there's already a download for the converted ones of course.)

Nobody has done a conversion yet because it's a nightmare. The companions alone in that package take a lot of work to convert properly. The xEdit conversion script is just a starting point and in almost every occasion when someone claims they converted a mod and only ran the script the mod is broken.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.
