Anyone want to help me fix my ruined .ini files and critique my load order?

Used Bethini and broke my ini files. Fixed the fallout.ini file but i'm not 100% sure what to do about the falloutprefs.ini, falloutcustom, or custom.ini. Guessing i should just delete everything written in those settings? Now i am still in the process of adding and removing some mods but right now this is my load order.

I added a download for the vanilla ini in the technical help sub.

Was a little confused about the .ini files but sorted that out and replaced the more perks mod with the ttw perks and traits. Took out NCR Overhaul Because of it being warned against using mods that overhaul NCR and Legion.
