Dead Money has no structures or textures

I've had no problems through F3's DLCs and most of FNV up until attempting to start Dead Money. When exiting the narration and first appearing in the DLC, no textures or structures seem to load. I've tried disabling some of the mods, such as RWL, I thought might affect the textures/objects, but nothing worked.

Edit: I did try disabling all mods except for TTW and still had this problem. I also tried creating a new game and consoling myself outside of the Bunker for the DLC and even that new game had the same problem.

I'm thinking some files got lost somewhere, but I'm afraid verifying the integrity of the cache will ruin either TTW, my mods, or the save file. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem? I've included screenshots of the issue and my mod order below.

I've fixed the issue.

I've backed up the entirety of the FNV file from it's steam location as well as each of the .ini files in MO2 for TTW. I've then verified the cache of FNV which restored the lost files for Dead Money.

From there I copied the DeadMoney Main.bsa, sounds.bsa, .esm, and .NAM from the FNV Data folder and used these to overwrite the faulty Deadmoney versions in the backed up FNV Data folder.

I then deleted the "verified" version of FNV and replaced it with the backed up copy. I then rewrote the .ini files with their backed up versions.

This kept TTW working correctly without reinstalling and fixed the issue I was having.

This is very old but do you perchance have step by step instructions? I am experiencing the same problem but am unfamiliar with the process of backing up FNV or what specific files need to be backed up
