I installed TTW with some TTW mods a couple days back and all was fine save one a few instances such as when exiting vault 101 where my characters movespeed basically doubled. Would happen every now and then at random most often when moving in a diagonal (using keyboard controls).
I launched TTW today and now everything in Megaton is faster save for voices. idle Animations, movement, firing. I did some research already but seems to be related to fps but I have it capped at 59 in the ini.
If anyone can point out the dumb thing here that I am missing it would be appreciated
