is beyond boulder dome compatible with TTW 3.2.2 let me know and i've looked at the incompatibles page no mentions of it
and if someone could provide an compatible mods list that would be great

No idea if it is not.
A compatible mods list is not approachable, there's 10000 mods or more for NV.
There is the recommended list.

The vast majority of New Vegas mods are compatible. Anything that isn't a total conversion mod or a large overhaul of some major aspect of the game should work fine with few exceptions. Beyond Boulder Dome works fine I have both installed.
