TTW crashes on main menu even without any mods

So a couple of days ago I successfully installed TTW and a couple of mods with no issues whatsoever. The game ran smoothly, no stuttering, no crashes. Then today I woke up and tried to launch TTW through MO2 and before it could go to the main menu, it crashes, even though I have no made any changes to TTW or the mods at all between the play session.

The game would crash as soon as the main menu slide appears but before the main menu itself comes up. I do not know what could've caused this, I followed RoyBatty's The Best of Times guide to the letter, bar a few mods preferences such as texture mods. I did try disabling every mods one by one until every mods are disabled but the issue still persists. My regular New Vegas installation works fine, and even when I disable TTW in MO2, it also launches without issues, so this is most likely related to TTW itself and not any other mods I installed.

Anyone know what might have caused this or how I could further troubleshoot the problem? I've tried everything from the top of my head and I still can't pinpoint the problem.

You don't use stutter remover, do you? W10 updates breaks that on a regular basis.

General rules for stability: Use NVAC and NVTF. Make sure your JIPLN is up to date.
