EDIT: Okay,
JIP is in, i hit data folder and selected all the things in fallout new vegas, launcher.exe) , I was literally walked through this process by one of the main devs and i feel bad continuously flooding their discord with my stupidity. I'm running mo2 in admin. I'm not sure why its crashing on start up. Please help, i've put alot of time into this.

Make sure you install the TTW updates (same place as the initial TTW download), and make sure jipln is updated to the latest.
