perk per level friendly with TTW
if anyone could help me find a mod that allows perks per level...i dont want to use that stewie tweaks thing because i dont want to have to add a whole new ini or change any important settings >W<

stewies tweaks ini is completely separate from the game inis.
There's also a temporary optional in the mod releases to do this.
