game will not save

when i try to save my game it save but when i go back in the save is gone any help would be appreciated

The last time something like this happened to me was back in Fallout 3 with too many plugins. Get FNV Mod Limit Fix if you don't already have it.

it was my Realtime antivirus disable it works now
