BoS in the Capital Wasteland shouldn't carry/sell plasma weapons

BoS NPCs will be walking around with plasma weapons while chatting about the advanced plasma weapons of the Enclave. Durga in the Citadel even has a whole pile of them for sale. The addition of plasma stuff to many lists (Talon, Outcasts, hobo vendors, etc.) is a bad change IMO, but with the BoS it really sticks out like a sore thumb.

To be clear, this is a problem that TTW introduces. It might not be worse than FNV but it's worse than FO3.

TTW is neither Fallout 3 nor NV, its a blending of the two games. If you don't like something specific like that, mod it out.

It's intentional, and not a bug.

Vanilla FO3 has a plasma rifle placed on a table in the Citadel lab (even without the Broken Steel DLC). It also has one inside Fort Independence.

It's the same as how Scribe Peabody says that he's removing the compensators on the BoS laser weapons "to cut through the black devil Power Armor" and yet all their laser weapons deal the same damage as before .

We could pull some mental gymnastics here and assume that the Enclave plasma weapons are somehow more powerful than the BoS, just like the BoS laser weaponry is supposed to be more powerful than normal ones (because of Scribe Peabody's modification I just mentioned), and that's why the BoS troops are jealous.

But like Roy said, we encourage people to make their mods so that TTW is as they would like it to be. I bet there are quite a few people that would be interested in a mod that removes the plasma weapons from the BoS and any other faction where they might feel off.
