Stuff like FCO or Redesigned, are there any versions of character overhual mods that work for TTW?

I've been using FCO + NVR as a texture/mesh replacer, without the plugins. Most NPCs look noticeably better. I haven't had any trouble with it so far.

Edit: I've since gotten a couple crashes on cell load with an otherwise stable setup, and removing the meshes seems to have fixed them.
