Harold in Oasis has some strange modulation that makes it sound like either the audio clips are low quality, or he's wearing a helmet. The weird thing is that his barks when you try to talk to him from the side seem to sound ok. Is there a way to edit his modulation in the GECK, or is there someway to remove modulation entirely? For the most part, a lot of the sound problems with helmet muffled modulation that existed in the past version of this mod have been fixed, this is one of the few remainders I've stumbled across.

I'm on the 3.2.2 patch.

Use stewie's tweaks and enable the Fallout 3 voice modulation option. It will fix most of the rest of the modulation issues.
