Issue with Damage Across the Board

For some odd reason, and I only noticed this yesterday (more specifically, this is not long after beating Operation Anchorage) and my damage has spiked by a lot. Suddenly Jingwei's sword does 72-200 damage (it keeps jumping around...) and weapons like the Chinese Dragoon Assault Rifle does around 40 damage. I have no idea why, but I would appreciate any help! Use the TTW Delayed DLC plugin. Don't use FCO. Can't tell which PN you're using, but most of it isn't compatible. Use the Stewie Tweak save options rather than CASM. You need to use the TTW version of FPGE. There are a few mods in the list that I have no idea if they are or are not compatible.

Thanks for some insight there! I have been playing for 20 hours with no problems, this weird issue being the first. I'll go ahead and make some changes then.
