They go pretty quickly, whether we use the lever action rifle or the 10 mm SMG.
It would benefit players who hardly use energy weapons I think.

Well, they aren't in yet.
I added 10mmAP to 3.3, which is still in testing/dev. I won't add them to the outcasts tho.
