When searching for a fix, I noticed that RoyBatty said it was a known glitch, and would be fixed, but that post was from 2018. I only recently installed TTW so I imagine it would be patched in my version, so it is most likely one of these, I saw that some people were using FNVedit but I don't know how to use that and don't want to risk breaking TTW.
