Tale of Two Wastelands old install folder can't be deleted
I legit have no idea why, but I can't delete this folder. Command prompt can't even delete it, even when running it as administrator. My anti-virus also can't even permanently delete it, and I really have no idea why. Any suggestions?

Never seen that problem. Try to use Unlocker to delete it at reboot, or do it from safemode,
Do you have volume shadow copy enabled? Windows 10 sometimes enables it and you'll get issues like this.
