can't give any items in outcast collection agent
When I talk to protector casdin to give him some items, I click "I've got some technology to trade." He says "Let's see what you've got." but then goes to the previous dialogue options, which just puts me in a loop of not being able to give in any items. I haven't given any items at all during this playthrough.

Make sure you've installed the TTW updates and provide a load order. Someone might be able to point out the mod that's breaking the dialogue.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.
