I assume Fallout: New California isn't compatible with TTW is there any way I could download it?

Ok, I have never used a forum like ever and just got TTW yesterday so please forgive me if I do anything wrong.
I'll supply some info below to (hopefully) clear some things up.
    I am using steam with TTW.
      I did not use a mod installer/launcher with it.
        I got TTW so I could play Fallout 3.

        I'm afraid not, mod managers are recommended if you want to have such things, MO2 in particular.
