Cannot run installer.
Getting error message for VCRUNTIME140.dll message says it is missing from my computer.

Hello, I'm having the same issue. I have all the redistributions installed. I have also read in another of your posts that mentions a bug with installing 2013. Tried the uninstalling/reinstalling 2015-2019 to install 2013 but still have the same issue. No idea what I'm missing.

Ah, I'm an idiot. I was missing the 2013 x86 package.

Yeah. If you're running x64, don't forget you DO need all the x86 versions as well.
