Just wondering if any merchants in the CW sell gunpowder/primers?

Bullet crafting is one of my favorite parts of NV but in my first few hours (im lvl 8) I havent found any gunpowder or primers anywhere. Im also wondering if gun mods can be found while exploring. I know the gun shop in rivet city sells them, does anyone else?

I haven't seen any Powder or Primers for sale, but you could just break down old ammo that you don't use. As for weapon Mods Underworld has quite a few Mods for sale, I'm sure the Armoury at the citadel does too.

Yeah thats how Im mostly doing it. Turns out you can also get powder/primers from gustav, flak/shrapnel, and tulip in underworld. Probably a few other places, I'll have to keep exploring

Ammo supplies aren't very common in vegas either, they are in the vendor lists of DC as noted, its just not common items.
