I am using Steam .. FNV and FO3 GOTY
Specs: Windows 10, Gtx 970 , Intel Core I5-4609k, 16gb ram
No mods installed .. using mo2
When talking to Npc's there is no audio for every single character I have ran into.. although there is ambient audio.
Have already tried reinstalling fresh versions of FNV and F03 GOTY no fix.
I ran into another thread which was having the exact same problem .. had a driver issue and once we killed it was fixed.. i am using nvidia audio drivers so it wasn't a fix for me
