Enclave Soldiers Have No Equipment.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it appears Enclave soldiers that spawn have no armour or weaponry. I don't know what might be causing this but it happened only after I updated TTW to the latest version.

Probably an incompatible mod ? I don't know, doesn't seem possible.
