TTW Type 3 Point Lookout .esp

So I finally decided to install TTW 3.2.2 for the first time since I was on a break from TTW and I start installing body mods.No problems with breeze but when I start installing Type 3 and get to the point lookout one I notice an .esp.Since i don't know any links to converting guides would it be alright if i just deleted the .esp?Since no other Type 3 mod got an esp. why would this point lookout one be important?

All the DLCs (FO3 and NV) need esps for the body replacers since that's part of the race defined in the DLC. I'd suggest going to type 4 - it has a TTW plugin, and is basically type 3 with seam fixes. It's also generally compatible with type 3 armor/clothes.
