Broken Steel Spawning Under Medical Bed

When I start broken steel my player is under the medical bed and I cant move or do anything and no one comes to talk to me.

Dose anyone know how to fix this or any commands I could try?

Also I already tried enabling player controls , bringing Lyons to me, no clipping, and saving the game and reloading like the wiki suggests but the save game option is blanked out.

If you want help, you should ALWAYS post: machine, os, game versions, if you installed the updates, if you updated parts like JIPLN, and all mods installed. Only posting the problem is usually not enough to get any help at all. Just a list of mods is sometimes not enough - the more info you provide, the better the chance that something can be found.
