Broken Steel Spawning Under Medical Bed

I did check all the mods when I first started the game and slowly added them I only started having problems with Broken Steel.

But what mods do you all think aren’t comparable?

You have a ton of mods I know nothing about, but Powered Power Armor and pyDOF are both for the old TTW2, not TTW3, and I already mentioned that only the core file for PN is compatible (with the proper TTW3 patch from here). I'd suggest turning them all off then only enabling ones known to be good with TTW3.

Do you think the updates will fix me being under the bed and Lyons not coming to me?

Ok so i did all the updates a disabled the mods esc and it still spawns me under the bed.

I’m hoping we can fix this I really don’t wanna start over.

Try going from an earlier save. Removing mods and then loading at the point it broke rarely ever unbreaks the save. You may have to go as far back as the start of the game, depending on how broke everything was.
