You should mention the type of CPU and video card, which Windows you run, where you got FO3/FONV (GOG, Steam, DVD) which language it is (you need to be using the English version, and not from Germany since they have a completely different version there), whether you installed the 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 updates from the download page, whether you installed the latest JIPLN, if you installed NVSR, NVAC, etc, and all the mods you installed. Oh, and which mod manager (if any) you are using.

You really need to install the 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 updates since the main installer is 3.2.0. You need to get the latest JIPLN from the nexus, and install NVAC (also on the nexus). Many people also install NVSR, but that has trouble on Windows 10, so many people now use NVTF (Tick Fix) instead of NVSR. This is what I consider a base install. Once you have the main game and updates and those few things, make sure it's working, then install any further mods.

I run Windows 10, I download the English steam version of both games on steam, my card is GTX 970, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz, I use Vortex, whats NVTF? How do I download updates to Tales? What do you mean by JIPLN.

Also, looking at the mods you have, you have a few that probably aren't compatible. For one thing, you have ALL of Project Nevada when only the core is compatible. You really need to disable all mods, get the game working, then slowly add mods, checking that nothing is broken. Adding a ton of mods right off, even if you knew they worked for FONV, is sure to break your game. Not all NV mods are compatible, and virtually all FO3 mods aren't compatible without being converted.
