I am unable to open the downloaded files from North America direct link, Europe direct link, Asia direct link and the google drive link that was found in the forum for trouble downloading. I've tried downloading it on I.E., Firefox, and Edge. the system im using is
OS Win 10
Processor i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2592 Mhz,
RAM: 16 GB
And it's a 64-bit operating system and x64-based processor.

They're 7-zip archives. You have to decompress them to do anything with them, and the 7zip included with Windows 10 is crap. Use the official 7zip tools.
Don't forget the 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 updates. You need both of those for TTW. Install with the main archive, then the 3.2.1 update, then the 3.2.2 update. Then hop over to nexus and get the latest JIPLN, NVAC, and NVTF (tick fix). That will give you a base install of TTW 3.2.2 with the minimum required support mods. Make sure that works, then you can start looking at other mods.
