I installed a clean slate and when i first oppened the game there where this red exclamation marks at the beggining of fallout 3 https://imgur.com/I8C9u2c
i didn't know what that was and i didn't thought anything of it, so i started installing mods, and played through the entire intro up to where you go out to the wasteland and now these red boxes are everywhere pls help

One thing I see - you're using Archive Invalidation Invalidated... MO2 takes care of that for you. Don't use archive invalidation mods with MO2. Other than that, check the FAQ as mentioned.
