Recommended mod to decrease xp gained?

PN had this option, but since it's seemingly not compatible, I'm looking for a substitute. Looking to get roughly half the XP of vanilla.
I found a couple that increases XP needed to level, buuut apparently issues arise if you don't start a new game with it, which I'd rather avoid for now.

XP Reduction - 50% flat reduction in XP gains
