Unusable breaker box

So I'm making this post kind of preemptively. You see, I had my last play through cut short because when doing the quest to get the train up and running, in order to travel to the Mojave, I was able to flip all the breakers except the last one. The last one I was unable into interact with. I want to know, if this happens again, what I can do to fix it, if anything. If not I'll probably just start a new game in New Vegas and use the console to level and give myself all the items from my FO3 game that I care about. That would be kind of a bummer though RP wise though, plus this was a feature I was really looking forward to trying!

From what I remember of issues with the train, you need to install both updates. The main installer for TTW is not the latest version, it's 3.2.0. You also need to install the 3.2.1 update, AND the 3.2.2 update to have the latest TTW. Quite a few bugs were fixed, and I think a couple issues with the train were part of that.

Hmm I'm pretty sure the time I was having trouble, I installed the updates correctly. It was my first time using TTW in a while so I was following the video. I was pretty careful.

Is there a way to check version? I can't remember if it says on the main menu or not. I'll have to check. Maybe I messed something up last time, because this time around.

Edit: Okay now I'm confused. I'm seeing things saying there is a 3.2.4 but on the download page it only goes up to 3.2.2 so I'm not sure I have the latest version?

Edit2: Nevermind I'm an idiot. It said 2.9.4 there is no 3.2.4, at least I don't think

Edit again... Okay I'm an idiot again. I checked the version using a mod manager. I definitely have the latest version, so if I still have problems, I'm not sure what else to try. I guess I won't know for a while until I'm done with FO3

I'm right at the end of Broken Steel, so I might be able to check this tomorrow. I don't plan to go to NV yet, but I can at least check that breaker.

Why do you have 2.9.4?
Are you upgrading from 2.9.4?
Do you have remnants from 2.9.4?
What mods are you using beside TTW?
Did you COC console command to travel between wasteland?

I have no problem with the breakers for the Union Station Quest and I doubt I am just lucky out of the dozens runs I have had.

I doubt anyone will need guide for FOMM as it is as straightforward as it can be. The only video I find trustworthy enough is by gopher but that was years ago in 2010.

Just checked - had no troubles flipping all four breakers.
