I'm assuming you meant AWOP, A World of Pain mod. So i quoted myself from the AWOP for FO3 thread that I replied viewtopic.php?f=55&t=6617:

This patch and those on the nexus got me confused. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66268?tab=files

If i get the patch in this topic then I would need only the second patch for NV from that page (and main mod).

If I dont get the patch in this topic I need to download the first nexus file (and main mod of F3 and FNV).

Is this currect? And what is the different between this prepatched F3 versions and the F3 patch from the nexus?
Lmao reading your post actually confuses me for awhile  The link provided from OP is not a patch but the main mod itself.

Main AWOP Files:
TTW A World of Pain for Fallout 3 - https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66265 (Same link from the OP)
This is the main mod for fallout 3 side. DO NOT download or use with the one from Fallout 3 nexus.

A World Of Pain - https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/38719
This is the main mod for new vegas side. You will need the patches below when using it with TTW.

TTW A World of Pain Patches - https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods ... escription
Self explanatory in the mod description.

The above were all updated versions.
Download from the links I have provided above. Your load order should look like:

Thank you so much!
I'll try it when home!

I also had issues installing the mod configuration menu, could you perhaps help me with that

They are separate ones. 6.92 is the main file that you need for New Vegas while the DM one is for the Dead Money DLC only.

As for MCM, I use FOMM - Fork to install it so I have no issue with it and I am not sure about Mod Organizer 1 or 2.
You will need to install the Bugfix 2 after the main MCM file.
https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/42507?tab=files

Some people reported issues with MCM not working with MO1/2 but they install UiO to solve it.

Cheers,
also would you recomend me downloading most of the recomended mods?

I initially had an issue with MCM until I got the load order right. From another post I made:
I had that exact same problem until I installed UIO and got the load order right. It goes, UIO, MCM, Darn, then DarnMCM. At least it's that order for me. Oh, and I also installed the Darn hotfix directly in the Darn folder in the MO2 mods folder.

Yes I would recommend them, although do take note that some mods in there ain't perfect and need manual fixing in FNVEDIT if they bother you.

These are from my experiences with said mods:

TTW Regulators:
1. Quest marker does not update when you kill your target and get the thumb
2. Regulator HQ Door was marked red but you can go in and take stuff just fine.
3. Sonora Cruz's neck cilps out of her unique regulator duster collar.

TTW AWOP for FO3:
1. The Security helmet from this mod was worn tilted sideways on both character and enemies.
Need HeadGen check
2. Chelvk's dead body disappears/cannot be found in Old Olney Metro.
Need Quest/Persistent Reference check.

TTW Interiors:
1.Intrusive mod that cannot be uninstalled midplay.
2.Officer Friendly Gnome cannot be picked up.

3.Added NPCs at Nellis do not have/incorrect exported face textures resulting in the need to use "bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1" to fix the mismatched body which TTW, AWOP and other Nexus mods are currently depreciating.
4. Author moved on.

Loot Menu:
1.Incompatible with mods that requires you to crouch + activate to bring up mod menu.

DarnifiedUI
1. DT and Critical chance are not shown correctly.
2. The vault boy icon does not work when you are in game. It shows NVSE and JIP Version as Zero.Zero where as in the main menu it shows those versions just fine.

No problem. I even understand how frustrating this is for you. :)

I don't know how you contacted Chuck, but if you did it here on the forum, you might want to try over at the nexus instead. This new forum system doesn't mix well with his dyslexia so I think he avoids coming here much these days (also, like I mentioned before, he kinda moved on to Fallout 4).

Anyway, good luck with this project, it looks pretty cool. ;)
And do not put words in my mouth, I only mentioned that he had moved on.
