Basically I'm having way too many issues trying to install TTW on Windows 10.
Before downloading TTW I deleted, reinstalled and ran the launder of both Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.
I then downloaded TTW only to be met with an error reading "VCRUNTIME.dll Missing" or something similar.
To try and fix that I downloaded the required .dll and place it in the correct locations but when I ran TTW again this time I was met with an error reading "This application cannot start correctly".
I'm completely at a loss, how do I get this to work?

Remove the dlls you installed, don't install random dlls from shady sites.

since you are on w10, try un-ticking 'fullscreen optimization' with right-clicking the NV exe.
Don't forget to turn off all the unneeded w10 functions too.
