I cant get to the main menu I am stuck on the loading screen forever (startup loading screen) and the game is not reading any of my inputs in order to get to the main menu itself.
Anyone know how to fix?

Not just the load order, but everything else that doesn't have a plugin but still affects the game. Did you update JIPLN as the instructions say? Did you install NVAC? Did you install NVSR? If you have NVSR and Windows 10, maybe you need to try Tick Fix instead. Did you install a texture replacer like NMC? Which size? Etc.
