Game freezes after a while

Hello fellow Couriers,
So I've been getting freezes more and more often. First I noticed when I was playing the Dead Money DLC, I was getting fps drops and also freezes frequently, had lower fps than like 30-40 sometimes. I think this was after Windows 10 updated itself. I had an enb so I uninstalled it after that it was okayish but still sometimes freezes when loading new area. After I finished the with freezes it's still that bad, don't know what to do, I did some google already. I have only a few mods and nothing performance heavy since i uninstalled the enb.

My save file size is 19.4 mb and played it for 60hrs.
I have new vegas anti crash and stutter remover.
I get a solid 60fps in game but then after a while the game freezes.

Try using New Vegas Tick Fix instead of New Vegas Stutter Remover.

Remove IWS? It breaks NV without TTW too.
Besides, the RWL plugin should be at the bottom of your LO.
