Any mod or other ways to lower pipboy song volume?
And only the songs and not Threedogs and the others talking. In the audio settings the radio slider affects both and the music slider does not seems to do anything (???). Kind of annoying when you talk to npcs

There's no difference in the game between radio commentary and songs. Something that changed the volume of one would change the other. The music slider affects the in-game music that plays in the background, not the radio music. The music in Fallout is more subtle than in Skyrim, so you probably don't notice it. I like to replace it with Digital Nightmare:
