Does something like this exist? What Ive found so far is simpler, like faster wait time but without being able to set more than 24h

If you're using Darnified Ui TTW you can set the MCM options of it to be able to wait for a maximum of 168 hours 
.
If you're not using Darnified UI TTW, then you can try Roy's Faster Sleep Wait mod. I think it does the same (since he was the one that also added this to the DarnUi TTW).

I have DarnUI but I see no option in the mcm regarding the wait menu

It has to be the TTW version. Since the FNV version doesn't have all of the features.
If you can't get that option, then you can always use the Faster Sleep Wait mod I linked before.

Yes its the one you linked. Noticed that even the Bracket Style option in the Visual Setting section is also missing. This is weird, will try to pinpoint the problem. You want Stewie's Tweaks for NV if you want faster waiting... among other things. It gives a bunch of different improvements to more internal stuff in the game. Things like indicating if enemies are above or below you, if an interior has been explored or if it's respawned, running while over-encumbered uses AP, jumping uses AP, etc. It's all configurable, so you can just use only those features you want.
