a request for a conversion Keller Family Refuge

Keller Family Refuge is one of my quality of life mods for fallout 3
i know when i say trying to find all the notes for the bunker in the national guard depot is a nuisance after playing through the dc wasteland so many times
so can anyone convert this

Well I never got to testing it, but it seemed simple enough that i kind of just used the ttw conversion script.

I mean it probably isn't a good idea because the worldspace cells thing seemed all goofed up. But I cant say for sure it wouldn't have worked.
