Pink Screen and Can't Update

Everytime I launch I get a pink screen after the Obsidian logo, the menu pops up but I can't start a new game and yes I looked at the ini file and checked SMainMenuMovieIntro and it was correct, I've tried searching etc etc. Also when I tried to update to the latest versions with the increment installers I selected my install path but it sai TTW Files not Found, even when I tried to direct it to any other place TTW files are. If I try to launch directly from MO2 it doesnt start but If I use the shortcut for MO2 it works. Its like Driver Nephi is saying "Get Fucked" everytime I try to make it work and fail.
