Hello,
the FAQ says "TTW supports the English version of the game." It doesn't explicitly mention that other languages won't work.
My guess is that certain items/doors/activators this mod makes changes to will be in English, but most dialogue should still be in Spanish, including subtitles. Will there be any bugs that can break my game?
I'm currently playing every game in Spanish to learn a new language, and TTW is next on my list after Fallout 4.

Any language other than English is not supported. We don't get paid, so spending the time to make the translations work is out of scope. Automated solutions are being looked in to.
