cant locate .ini

cant locate .ini

i had ttw installed before but i had some problems after i uninstalled a mod so i uninstalled and reinstalled but when i hit launcher now a message says cant locate .ini files please re download but the .ini files are there. any help please im about to lose it and i dont want to never play ttw cause i cant figure it out

Run the default new vegas launcher in steam.

its not steam its GOG but i have ran the default but it fixes nothing

What exactly is saying it can't locate the ini files.

when i open launcher also my data files dont show up after it says that
