i keep getting crash when starting TTW i thought it was a mod but i uninstalled the new ones but still problem and fomm gives me thiis crash report

You need to install esps in the game data folder, not the desktop.
It helps if you use Mod Organizer 2 to install/sort your mods. If you did install the game on the desktop, delete it and start over with the game not on the desktop. Putting anything other than links on the desktop is bad. Some people use their desktop as a temporary folder when copying files, but even that is bad and should be avoided.
