So, has a mod reworking the New Vegas-style of speech checks finally been made for TTW 3.2 edition? Or no?
If not, it's pretty amazing how something that was in the 2.0 edition has not been added in despite the new edition being out for almost a YEAR.
But things always take time I guess.

There isn't one.
Retlaw is the author of the previous mod and he's the one who was to make the new one too. I don't know if he plans on making it or not.

I didn't realize 3.x was out for more than six months. Given how long it took, I'm not shocked at all that many of the people who worked on mods for 2.x haven't gotten to making a 3.x version.
