Where do I find the new items added to TTW?

I'm at a loss as to where I can find all the items exclusive to TTW. I'm not talking about cut content, as there is already a page for that, but the exclusive items, such as Outcast T-51b. Does anyone know of a complete list of the locations?

Items added by TTW that are not unique are distributed through Leveled Lists. This means that NPCs and containers can spawn with them. (Usually) there's not a fixed location in the world where to get them.

I think Protector Casdin is equipped with the Outcasts T-51.
Also, if I remember correctly, other Outcasts can spawn wearing them. The higher the player is, the higher the chances of that happening.

Same with the Lyons Pryde T-51, you can find it on the Pryde members, and the Enclave armors you can find them on the Enclave members.

None of the pride members wear T-51b. Only the T-45d is worn by them. Do I have to be a higher level (I'm currently at level 33) for them to wear T-51b?

I just checked and they don't seem to have Lyon's Pride Power Armor T-51 . I was sure that was implemented already, but I guess not.

I think the Lyon's Pride T-51 Power Armor might be obtainable when Sarah Lyon makes the PC a member of the Pryde. And the player can choose between a recon suit of armor or a Power Armor suit.
Maybe that is the only way of obtaining it in TTW at the moment (maybe it's supposed to be a unique armor and I was wrong all along ).

Sorry for resurecting a dead post, but I was doing a little dive through FNVEdit (I'm hoping that looking at stuff in FNVEdit helps me start to understand how to make my own mods) and found some info on this. Looks like the Outcast T-51B is only worn by Proctor Casdin, and the Lyons' Pride T-51B seems to be only worn by Pride members at higher levels. However I haven't found any of these in my game, and I ended up cheating them in (but only to put on mannequins in my player home)

The corpses of Outcast patrols dont spawn those armors? I got plenty. Raiders cant kill them but Yao Goai or Deathclaw, Albino can. I think.

On matter of cut weapons restored

Ol Grady's Peacemaker is too little, too late, if it can be gotten ONLY on Troubled Home Front.

An unique police baton would be of great use in Escape, at start of the game. instead of middle-late game where we have plenty of alternative.

It would be very welcome indeed. Especially if it's in Cafeteria, right out of your room in Escape quest. I remember there's a corpse there with 3-4 rad roaches.

@roybatty i'd like to suggest

Molotov cocktail recipe should be sold in a related merchant other than the drop location in internment truck.. pronto and smiling jack maybe. Its cheap explosive so maybe someplace easy.

And advanced recipe of 2.0 and 3.0 should increase scotch component, because detergent is in high demand
