Error Instalation

The game is original with all the dlc and completely free of mods but at the time of running the ttw installer and putting the address of all the 2 games I get an error called
XD3_INVALID_INPUT / * invalid input / decoder error * / and I get another one that says
./ Anchorage.esm
please help me how to solve it I have reinstalled the game on several occasions to solve it but nothing still follows: c :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
